1 - What is the Gentlemaan warranty?

The Gentlemaan warranty is a free service implicit in the order and applies to the initial purchaser and subsequent owners. Gentlemaan guarantees that your timepiece will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and guarantees the reliable operation of its entire movement for 24 months. Proof of purchase is therefore required for all warranty and maintenance service requests. If your watch malfunctions during the warranty period, Gentlemaan will repair or replace it free of charge.

2 - How does it work?

All warranty claims are subject to prior application and acceptance by the seller.

To speed up the procedure, please give us your order number and send us as many details as possible about the technical problem you are experiencing. We will then send you a warranty return authorization e-mail with return instructions. Please note that the cost of shipping your watch to us for examination and repair is at the buyer’s expense. As soon as we receive your watch, our experts will examine it to determine whether it is eligible for warranty. In this case, we will reimburse your shipping costs and return the item to you in good working order or replace it at our expense (provided that the said warranty is applicable to the consumer under our general terms and conditions of sale).

3 - What is not covered by the warranty?

Abnormal use
Theft or loss
Drops, bumps, scratches and other accidental damage
Water damage
Natural wear of materials
Attempt to repair or modify
Neglected care…

The warranty on our watches applies solely to the movement and not to other parts (glass, bracelet…) and is entirely subject to compliance with the prior instructions provided by Gentlemaan.
