Refund and return policy

OVERVIEW

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from receipt of the package. Outside this legal period, no refund, even partial, or exchange can be considered.

To return an item for a full refund, it must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Finally, to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please complete the dedicated return form. We will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know the physical address where to send your return.

REFUND

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is recorded.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@gentlemaan.com.

Non-refundable items :

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items on sale or purchased during a promotion cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE

We will replace defective or damaged items upon delivery. Please contact customer service for any exchange request.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

As soon as we receive your duly completed returns form, we will inform you of the procedure to follow and the physical address to which to return your product. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included.

We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service or take out shipping insurance. Otherwise, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
