Delivery policy

DESTINATION

GENTLEMAAN delivers products ordered on the site in France and abroad. Products will be sent to the delivery address previously indicated by the customer during the ordering process. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. We accept no responsibility for lost, mislaid or misdelivered items if the address provided is incorrect or inaccurate at the time of purchase.

We do not accept deliveries to hotels, P.O. boxes, addresses marked «Postal sector» or «armed» boxes.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are subject to a processing time. Shipping time for orders may vary from one to three working days. The customer is notified of the shipment by e-mail and receives a tracking number.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times indicated in the dispatch notification are purely indicative and correspond solely to the times announced by UPS.

SHIPPING COSTS

EUROPE :

STANDARD – OFFERED: free delivery with tracking number via UPS within 2 to 3 working days.

EXPRESS – €24.99 : Delivery within 24h via UPS / DHL

WORLD :

STANDARD – €29.99: delivery with tracking number via TNT within 3 to 5 working days.

PARCEL TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, our partner PACKLINK will send you the tracking number by email. Enter your order tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.

RE-ROUTING

In the event of absence, the delivery person will either drop off the parcel at a relay point or attempt delivery at a later date. In the case of a drop-off at a relay point, please collect the parcel in the next few days with your identity card.

DECLARATION OF DELIVERY

GENTLEMAAN assumes no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages whose carrier confirms delivery. If you have a problem with your delivery, please contact us directly. We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that requests may take up to 30 days to process.
