Gentlemaan delivers the products ordered on the site in France and abroad. The products will be sent to the delivery address previously provided by the customer during the ordering process. Please ensure that your address is accurately recorded and includes all relevant and/or required information. We take no responsibility for lost, misplaced or miss-delivered items if the address provided is incorrect or misstated at the time of purchase. 

We do not accept deliveries to hotels, P.O. Boxes, addresses marked “Postal Sector”, “Poste restante” or “Armed” boxes.


All orders are subject to a processing time. The delivery time for orders can vary from one to three working days. The customer is notified of the shipment by e-mail and receives a tracking number.


The delivery times indicated in the dispatch notification are purely indicative and correspond solely to the times announced by UPS.


STANDARD – FREE: free delivery service with tracking number via UPS within 2-3 working days.

EXPRESS – 24,99€ : Delivery within 24 hours via UPS.


Once your order has been dispatched, our partner PACKLINK will send you the tracking number of your parcel by email. Enter the tracking number of your order on the carrier’s website to follow the progress of your parcel in real time. 


In the event of absence, the delivery person may either drop off the parcel at a relay point or attempt a later delivery. In the case of a deposit in relay points, thank you to withdraw the parcel in the following days with your identity card.


Gentlemaan assumes no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages where the carrier confirms delivery. If you have a problem with your delivery, please contact us directly. We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that applications may take up to 30 days to process.
