1 - What is the Gentlemaan warranty?
The Gentlemaan warranty is a free service implicit in the order and applies to the original purchaser and subsequent owners. Gentlemaan guarantees that your timepiece will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and warrants the reliable operation of its entire movement for one year. Proof of purchase is therefore required for all warranty and maintenance claims. If your watch malfunctions during the warranty period, Gentlemaan will repair or replace your watch free of charge.
2 - How does it work?
Any request for a warranty must be made in advance and is subject to acceptance by the seller.
Simply contact customer service through the contact form.
To speed up the process, please provide us with your order number and send us as many details as possible about the technical problem you are experiencing. We will then send you a warranty return authorization in an email with return instructions. Please note that the shipping costs for sending your watch to us for examination and repair are at the buyer’s expense. Upon receipt, our experts will examine your watch and determine whether it is eligible for warranty. We will then reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred and return the item to you in good working order or replace it at our expense (provided that the said guarantee is applicable to the consumer under ourgeneral terms of sale).
3 - What is not covered by the warranty?
- Theft or loss
- Drops, bumps, scratches and other damage
- Water-related damages
- Natural wear of materials
- Attempted repair or modification
- Neglected care …
The warranty on our watches concerns only the movement and not other parts (glass, bracelet…)
